Firm History
In 1982, Leonard, Sciolla, Hutchison, Leonard & Tinari, LLP was founded by a group of young attorneys who were concerned that the large-firm environment from which they came inhibited their ability to effectively respond to the dynamic needs of their clients. Since its inception, the firm has maintained its commitment to providing creative, responsive, sophisticated yet personalized services meeting the highest professional standards for each of its clients.
Today, as it celebrates over 25 years of service, Leonard, Sciolla, Hutchison, Leonard & Tinari has grown into a true regional law firm, servicing the needs of a diverse and growing client base throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the nation. We are proud of our proven capability to handle the most sophisticated business transactions and complex litigation for multi-national and Fortune 500 companies. We are equally proud of our ability to provide personalized services to meet the needs of individuals, whether they require counseling on business and estate planning issues, personal litigation services or advice on purchasing their first home. In all matters, our goal has remained constant: to provide professional services of superior value for each of our clients.
Our practice concentrates on the areas of business law, civil litigation, intellectual property and estate planning and administration. In each area, the firm has a team of talented and energetic attorneys dedicated to advancing the interests of its clients on a highly professional yet personalized basis.
